On Friday, May 10th, Chesterfield-Ruby Middle School Band participated in the Festival of Music at Carowinds and received a Superior rating.

Chesterfield County Schools ALPHA Arts is a Gifted and Talented Program for visual arts, band, and chorus. Students who show interest in one of these art forms, spend time pursuing it, or can express feeling in/through it, may be nominated for the ALPHA Arts Program. Following a screening and audition process, students may participate in the program for the rest of their time in CCSD schools.

The All-County Arts Festival is a yearly festival for our most talented students who show an interest and aptitude in the arts. This 2-day festival features workshops for elementary through high school students in visual art, band, and chorus.
